Friday, March 13 - Reed Gym

The Eastern Idaho Coaching Summit is a half-day professional development event taking place on March 13, 2026. The Summit will be hosted at Idaho State University and will feature break-out sessions focused on evidence-based coaching practices, athlete development, and applied sport science. Check-in will begin at 8:30 AM, with sessions running from 9:00 AM to 1 PM.

This summit is designed for coaches, students, and educators interested in bridging the gap between research and practice. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, engage in discussion, and gain practical tools they can apply in their own coaching and training programs.

The event is hosted by the Human Performance and Sport Studies Department. The cost is $20 per attendee. Proceeds from the conference will help fund future coaching development opportunities, research, and student education.
